why don't you take returns/exchanges?
Well, these are mostly health and beauty items, and its due to sanitary reasons that we cannot accept the item back after its left our studio. We apologize for the inconvenience.

99% of our products are handmade. We will state in the description box if they are NOT hand made (private label).

How long will it take before I get my order?
We ship orders out within 72 hours of the cleared payment type. For example, if you pay by personal check, it may take up to 7 days for your check to clear our bank. The easiest way to pay is by paypal ir credit card.
